What Our Visitors Say

Trip Advisor Reviews“Amazing place!” – Reviewed 21 Aug 2016

We stayed for 2 nights last weekend 12th-14th August 2016. I was worried about the bed as it is the most important thing to be able to sleep well wherever you are, but I shouldn’t have worried as the bed was amazingly comfortable, it felt like memory foam! The place itself was spotlessly clean and the pictures don’t do it justice! and the welcome package of food and fruit was so unexpected and meant we didn’t have to buy anything for the 2 days we were there. I was so sad to leave and we are considering going back for a longer period next year. Thank you Lisa for being so welcoming!

“Thank you for choosing to stay at Newchurch Nook. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. We hope to see you both again soon. Lisa.”

“Perfect getaway to relax and unwind” Reviewed 19 Aug 2016

Airbnb Super HostThe nook was spotlessly clean and we couldn’t fault our hosts. Lisa was in regular contact before our stay answering my questions and met us on arrival. The secure bike storage and welcome food package was an added bonus. I would echo their food recommendations, we became locals at the Pointers (5 minute walk) and had fantastic breakfasts at the Garlic Farm Shop. The Red Squirrel cycle/walk trail was literally on our doorstep and is a beautiful day out to explore the countryside. I’m sure we’ll back as we want to use the fire to create a cosy winters evening. We made the most of the nook’s secluded outdoor space and even had a garden picnic one evening in the sun. Thankyou so much! Absolutely perfect stay

Just three words describe the location, the accommodation and Lisa. Brilliant! Brilliant! Brilliant! Took two dogs with us and it was just perfect for them as well.

Thank you for your fabulous feedback and kind words. I am delighted that you enjoyed your stay.
